When you request samples, Ksino Fabric uses the submitted product and contact details to identify the correct fabric, colorway, use, quantity direction, delivery market, and follow-up method.

Sample request information may be shared with internal team members, logistics partners, or service providers only when needed to process your inquiry or arrange sample support.

The current website does not operate an active newsletter subscription system. If a newsletter or marketing email list is added later, Ksino Fabric should collect consent before sending subscription-based updates and provide a clear way to unsubscribe.

Claims related to samples, bulk fabric, shade variation, quality issues, delivery, or documentation should be submitted with the relevant Product Name, Design No., order or shipment reference, photos, and a description of the issue.

Return or replacement handling depends on the project stage, fabric condition, order terms, and the nature of the claim. Please contact Ksino Fabric before sending back any goods.

If you send reference images, moodboards, project photos, or design inspiration, Ksino Fabric will use them only to understand your requested style, colour direction, texture direction, and fabric application.

Please only share images or documents that you are allowed to share. Project references will not be used as public promotional material without permission.
